Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the estimating process for construction projects, ensuring that all estimates are accurate and delivered on time. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to gather necessary information and facilitate effective communication throughout the estimating phase.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. Gather and analyze data to develop accurate pricing models for materials, labor, and equipment. Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids. Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and project documentation. Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines in conjunction with estimating efforts. Support the project management team by providing insights on cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during the estimating process.

Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices. Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
