We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized team member to join our Construction team in a customer service and administration role. The ideal candidate will be Brookland's after sale contact to ensure our home buyer experience continues to be best in class.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact to receive and manage homeowner questions, including but not limited to: after sale service, Tarion warranty and supplier contact information.
Warranty support and admin, such as scheduling employees & trades, obtaining quotes, adhering to Tarion timelines.
Delivering Homeowner "binders" (either digital or physical) to new homeowners.
Manage customer support requests, providing timely solutions and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Perform accurate data entry related to client information, service requests, and project details using Microsoft Office applications
Maintain organized records of client interactions, service requests, and other relevant documentation
Support the coordination between clients and internal teams to facilitate warranty timelines and deliverables
Utilize strong communication skills to relay information clearly across departments and with clients
