We are seeking a motivated

Construction Crew Leader/Foreman

to lead our hands-on teams on job sites focused on building and maintaining greenhouses, hoop houses, and related agricultural structures. This is a

working leadership

role

; you will be actively using tools and working alongside your crew every day, while also guiding the team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example as a hands-on crew leader: actively participate in construction tasks, operate tools, and perform physical work on-site (this is

not

a purely supervisory role) Supervise and motivate construction crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to our uncompromising quality standards Coordinate with other trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth project flow Oversee daily job site operations, including material handling, scheduling, and efficient resource use Demonstrate strong

problem-solving

skills to quickly address on-site challenges and keep projects moving forward Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations Inspire the team through a top-tier

work ethic

, showing dedication, professionalism, and reliability

What We're Looking For:

Solid understanding of the construction industry and best practices (no prior leadership experience required; we will train the right person!) Proven ability to work hands-on with tools and perform physical construction labor Natural leadership qualities: ability to guide, supervise, and motivate a team while leading by example Strong

problem-solving

mindset and resourcefulness on the job site Excellent

work ethic

and a willingness to roll up your sleeves every day Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed Experience in greenhouse, agricultural, or general construction is a plus, but not required -- passion for building quality structures matters most

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive starting wage:

$30-$40 per hour
