Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Trendline Property Services Ltd. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of various properties, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality cleaning.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention or maintenance. Assist with post-construction cleanup and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules.

Requirements

Proven experience in New construction cleaning or custodial cleaning preferred. Ability to perform detail cleaning tasks Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is an asset. Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
