Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. Following all safety and health regulations. Working under supervision to ensure they perform their tasks in a timely and successful manner. Participation in site clean-up after a construction project is complete. Framing walls, fit and install windows, drywall, moldings, hardware etc. Using tools and equipment Building and disassembling temporary structures Clearing and preparing construction sites Following directions outlined by Construction Manager Assisting fellow construction team members

Transportation/Travel information:

Own transportation/valid driver's license. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Upper Kingsclear, Kingsclear Parish, York County, nearby areas or Fredericton to ensure reliable commuting and availability for on-site work.

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

Bending, crouching, kneeling: physically demanding.

Own Tools/Equipment:

Steel-toed safety boots; hand tools and toolbelt.

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry and woodworking Proficient in using hand and power tools Knowledge of drywall installation and restoration techniques Familiarity with concrete forming and flooring installation Valid driving license and reliable transportation Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and construction tasks
