Sobeys inc. recrute une conseillere ou un conseiller en communications internes pour un contrat de 12 mois. Relevant de la directrice des communications internes, vous serez responsable de mener des initiatives de communication strategique qui appuient les priorites organisationnelles, valorisent notre culture et favorisent l'engagement du personnel. Qu'il s'agisse de conseiller la haute direction ou de mettre en oeuvre des initiatives a impact eleve, vous jouerez un role essentiel pour rapprocher les membres de l'equipe de notre raison d'etre et de notre vision.
Voici ou vous allez vous concentrer
Communications strategiques et soutien de la direction

  • Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans de communication pour des initiatives, des changements organisationnels, des lancements de programmes et des evenements, de la strategie jusqu'a l'execution et a la mesure des resultats.
  • Conseiller les parties prenantes internes sur les communications internes et les strategies de gestion du changement.
  • Recommander des approches novatrices pour maximiser la portee et la mobilisation dans l'ensemble des canaux internes.
  • Encadrer et guider les gestionnaires dans leur role de communicateurs.
  • Collaborer avec l'equipe des communications externes pour rediffuser les messages externes a l'interne.
  • Collaborer avec des equipes interfonctionnelles et des parties prenantes de tous les echelons afin d'harmoniser les strategies de communication.
Redaction, revision et production
  • Favoriser l'engagement et la fierte des employes par un storytelling collaboratif et riche en contenu, soutenu par des strategies editoriales efficaces.
  • Rediger, reviser et distribuer des communications adaptees a divers publics internes.
  • Assurer le controle de la qualite dans tous les canaux internes pour les projets qui vous sont confies.
  • Gerer les relations avec les fournisseurs pour la traduction, le graphisme, la production video et le soutien offert par les agences.
  • S'adapter rapidement a l'evolution des besoins operationnels et aux priorites urgentes.
Ce que vous avez a offrir
  • Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires en communication, en journalisme ou en relations publiques, ou experience equivalente.
  • Au moins 8 ans d'experience en communications internes au sein d'une grande organisation.
  • Experience dans le secteur de la vente au detail, un atout important.
  • Capacite eprouvee a elaborer et a mettre en oeuvre des strategies de communications internes pour des initiatives de grande envergure.
  • Experience dans la creation de contenus engageants pour les supports imprimes, le numerique et les communications en personne.
  • Competences en graphisme, connaissance de la gestion de contenu dans Microsoft 365 et experience en gestion d'evenements.
  • Solides competences en gestion de projets, sens de l'organisation et souci du detail.
  • Excellentes habiletes de redaction et de communication narrative en anglais; la maitrise du francais constitue un atout important, car le titulaire du poste devra collaborer avec ses pairs des autres provinces et offrir du soutien au personnel de Sobeys partout au Canada.
