Role:




Les taches principales du Conseiller Senior sont de generer des revenus, de retenir les marchands existants et d'entretenir une excellente relation avec les petites et moyennes entreprises de grande valeur en tissant des liens avec elles et en leur offrant un excellent service a la clientele.

Responsabilites principales :



Generation de revenus



+ Identifier toutes les occasions de ventes au sein des portefeuilles PME attribues.
+ Faire la vente de services de carte bancaire.
+ Vendre/mise a jour des terminaux.
+ Reevaluer de nouveau les marchands a des niveaux rentables (le cas echeant).
+ Faire la promotion et la vente de services additionnels offerts par Global Payments et ses partenaires (cartes-cadeaux Eigen et Givex, Kids Future, cartes prepayees, etc.).

Fidelisation de la clientele et tenue de comptes



+ S'occuper de toutes les questions de fidelisation grace a de solides aptitudes de negociation afin de garder le marchand a un seuil de 45 PBS.
+ Commandes d'equipements.
+ Diriger les projets d'integrations.
+ Effectuer les changements aux comptes et faire les nouvelles installations des marchands.
+ Configuration des terminaux integres.
+ Commande de solutions integrees pour les tierces parties et d'agents des ventes externes.
+ Diriger des projets d'appels d'offres.
+ Projets speciaux pour des grandes chaines.

Service a la clientele



+ Service de resolution unique.
+ Assurer un suivi dans les 24 a 48 heures suivant tous les messages vocaux, courriels et avis du systeme Tracker.
+ Assurer un suivi etroit de toutes les installations et commandes.
+ Prevenir le plus possible l'escalade des problemes des le premier contact.
+ Documenter tous les problemes et leur solution dans Tracker

Qualifications requises :



Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires, de preference avec une concentration dans les affaires, les ventes ou le marketing. De un an a deux ans d'experience en vente, preferablement dans un role similaire. Etre bilingue en anglais et en francais. Solides aptitudes a la negociation et competences en ventes telephoniques (appels entrants et sortants). Grande habilete pour l'etablissement de relations et les communications telephoniques. Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles axees sur la vente et capacite d'offrir un service a la clientele de qualite superieure. Capacite de cerner tous les besoins et les problemes des marchands a l'aide de questions ouvertes et d'approfondissement. Aptitudes a la gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation permettant d'offrir des produits et des services aux clients. Bonne connaissance de plusieurs logiciels pour PC, notamment : Word, Excel, Outlook et l'intranet. Solide esprit d'analyse afin de pouvoir travailler de maniere autonome et soumettre les problemes a la direction au besoin. Demontrer une volonte a acquerir une bonne connaissance et comprehension de tous les produits, services et structures tarifaires de Global Payments

Role:




The primary purpose of the Senior Account Advisor is to generate revenue, retain existing merchant accounts and maintain an excellent relationship by relationship building and providing superior customer service for high value, small and medium enterprise.

Main Responsibilities:



Revenue generation:



Identify all sales opportunities within assigned Small Business Portfolios Cross Sells/Up Sells of bank card services Terminal sales and upgrades Re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicable Promote and Sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing Partners (Eigen/Givex Gift Card, Kids Future, Pre pay, etc)

Customer retention/account maintenance:



Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at a threshold of 45 BP Maintain a 60% save ratio Add Locations Setups Equipment setups Leading Integration Projects Account Changes New Merchant Location Setups Integrated POS Setups Third Party/ESA Integrated Setups Leading RFP Projects Special Projects for Large Merchant Chains

Customer service:



One stop Resolution 24-48 hour follow up with all Voice mail, Trackers, Emails Strong follow up for all setups and orders Minimize all escalation issues at first point of contact All issues must be documented in Tracker with follow up resolutions

Required Qualifications:



Post Secondary education, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or Marketing 1-2 years of Sales experience Bilingual (English/French) Strong negotiation skills Strong outbound and inbound phone sales skills Strong telephone and relationship building Strong oral and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on sales/superior customer service skills Ability to identify all merchant needs and issues using probing skills and utilizing open ended questions Effective time management / organizational skills to deliver products and services to clients Strong knowledge of several of PC based applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Intranet Strong analytical skills required to work independently, escalate to management where necessary Strong knowledge and understanding of all Global Payments Services, Products and Rate Structures
