Sous la responsabilite de la Directrice, Formation et developpement, vous serez le moteur de la creation de programmes de formation qui soutiennent nos equipes d'Indemnisation au Quebec. Votre mission : analyser les besoins des apprenants et de l'organisation pour concevoir des formations continues engageantes et pertinentes pour nos employes a tous les niveaux. Vous utiliserez vos competences en gestion de projet pour developper des formations techniques, operationnelles et relationnelles.

Ce que vous ferez :



Analyser les besoins des partenaires pour creer des solutions de formation adaptees. Collaborer avec les experts du domaine et les equipes operationnelles pour developper et mettre a jour les programmes de formation. Concevoir, rediger et scenariser des contenus de formation interactifs et des evaluations. Integrer les nouvelles tendances d'apprentissage dans la conception d'outils d'apprentissage efficaces. Gerer plusieurs projets de conception en parallele, en assurant une communication fluide et une collaboration etroite avec les intervenants.

Ce que vous mettez a profit :



Baccalaureat ou maitrise en gestion de la formation, technologie de l'education ou dans une discipline connexe ou toute combinaison de formation et d'experience equivalente. 2 a 5 ans d'experience dans un role similaire en conception pedagogique. Experience dans l'industrie de l'assurance de dommages, idealement en indemnisation en expertise de sinistres est un atout. Competences averees en gestion de projets et capacite a travailler en equipe. Connaissance des outils Office 360, Articulate et Adobe. Experience avec un systeme de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS). Autonomie, efficacite et capacite d'adaptation dans un environnement en constante evolution. Excellente maitrise du francais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit. Aucune experience de travail au Canada requise, mais necessite d'avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada.
