Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99un conseiller en implantation pour compl\xc3\xa9ter notre \xc3\xa9quipe dynamique et comp\xc3\xa9tente! L\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration au syst\xc3\xa8me ERP permet une visibilit\xc3\xa9 en temps r\xc3\xa9els sur les co\xc3\xbbts, les revenus, l\xe2\x80\x99inventaires et la profitabilit\xc3\xa9s.
Le conseiller en implantation aura \xc3\xa0 travailler de concert avec nos clients du domaine de commerce de d\xc3\xa9tail et de la distribution afin de les aider \xc3\xa0 implanter et adapter notre solution \xc3\xa0 leurs besoins.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

• 
  Comprendre et documenter les processus en place chez nos clients;
• 
  Conseiller nos clients dans les processus \xc3\xa0 mettre en place pour optimiser leur performance et optimiser l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation de notre ERP;
• 
  Identifier des solutions pratiques et pr\xc3\xa9senter ces solutions au client
• 
  G\xc3\xa9rer l\xe2\x80\x99implantation de notre solution ERP chez nos clients;
• 
  Param\xc3\xa9trer la solution en fonction des besoins de nos clients;
• 
  Formation de nos clients sur le logiciel
• 
  En collaboration avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de d\xc3\xa9veloppement, l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de ventes et marketing et la direction, identifier les am\xc3\xa9liorations \xc3\xa0 apporter \xc3\xa0 notre solution ERP et apporter votre contribution \xc3\xa0 la feuille de route du produit.

Exigences :

• 
  Aisance \xc3\xa0 travailler avec les clients et \xc3\xa0 communiquer avec les diff\xc3\xa9rents acteurs chez vos clientsAvoir de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en implantation de logiciels ERP;
• 
  Avoir de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en production de tableau de bord;
• 
  Motiv\xc3\xa9 par le domaine de la transformation num\xc3\xa9rique et l\xe2\x80\x99impact de cette transformation pour vos clients
• 
  \xc3\x8atre curieux et vouloir comprendre le domaine d\xe2\x80\x99affaire de vos clients et leurs strat\xc3\xa9gies d\xe2\x80\x99affaire
• 
  Avoir une certaine aisance avec les outils informatiques
• 
  D\xc3\xa9tenir une certaines connaissances du secteur des centres de mat\xc3\xa9riaux et quincailleries et ou distribution (un atout)
• 
  Avoir de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en comptabilit\xc3\xa9 (un atout);
• 
  D\xc3\xa9tenir des connaissances en informatique (un atout);
• 
  Aisance \xc3\xa0 s\xe2\x80\x99exprimer en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais (un atout), \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral comme \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit

We are looking for an implementation consultant to complete our dynamic and competent team! The integration with the ERP system allows real time visibility on costs, revenues, inventory and profitability.

The implementation consultant will work with our retail and distribution clients to help them implement and adapt our solution to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Understand and document the processes in place at our clients;
• 
  Advise our customers on the processes to be implemented to optimize their performance and optimize the use of our ERP;
• 
  Identify practical solutions and present these solutions to the client
• 
  Manage the implementation of our ERP solution at our clients\' sites;
• 
  Parameterize the solution according to our clients\' needs;
• 
  Training our clients on the software
• 
  In collaboration with the development team, sales and marketing team and management, identify improvements to our ERP solution and provide your input to the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• 
  Ability to work with customers and communicate with different stakeholders at your customers
• 
  Have experience in ERP software implementation;
• 
  Experience in dashboard production;
• 
  Motivated by the field of digital transformation and the impact of this transformation for your clients
• 
  Be curious and willing to understand your clients\' business and their business strategies
• 
  Have a certain ease with computer tools
• 
  Have some knowledge of the hardware and material centers sector and or distribution (an asset)
• 
  Experience in accounting (an asset);
• 
  Computer skills (an asset);
• 
  Fluency in French and English (an asset), both written and spoken
• 
  Bilingualism (an asset)
