Reporting to the leasing Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for leasing apartments in the Lib complex for people aged 55 and over. He/she will be responsible for helping future tenants choose their new home, while helping to achieve rental objectives.





YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES



More specifically, your day-to-day work with us will involve:


Managing rental applications and using the tools at your disposal to present the project and apartments to prospective customers; Guide and advise future residents throughout the process of selecting their future apartment, taking into account their needs and expectations; Maintain a list of potential customers and conduct ongoing follow-ups of prospects using the customer relationship management system; Draw up rental contracts and ensure their proper execution; Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized, quality service; Participate in the rental marketing strategy to promote the real estate project; Monitor competition in the sector; Participate in various events organized to support rentals; Canvass the community; Provide move-in support and coordination; All other related tasks.




EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS


Three (3) years experience in sales and leasing; Experience in real estate (asset); Flexible weekday and weekend schedule;

SKILLS


French and English (fluent); Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), collaboration tools (Teams) and CRM systems (Hubspot); Excellent communication skills and a marked ability to develop customer relations; Ability to understand customer's needs and advise them effectively; Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment; Organizational skills, autonomy and thoroughness.

Relevant de la superviseure de la location, la personne selectionnee sera responsable de la location d'appartements dans le complexe Lib destine aux personnes de 55 ans et plus. Elle devra accompagner les futurs locataires dans le choix de leur nouveau chez-soi tout en participant a l'atteinte des objectifs de location.




TON ROLE ET TES RESPONSABILITES




Plus precisement, ton quotidien avec nous ressemblera a :





Assurer la gestion des demandes de location et utiliser les outils mis a sa disposition afin de presenter le projet et les appartements aux prospects; Accompagner, guider et conseiller les futurs residents tout au long du processus de selection de leur futur appartement en prenant en compte leurs besoins et attentes; Tenir a jour une liste de clients potentiels et effectuer des suivis rigoureux et constants des prospects a l'aide du systeme de gestion de la relation client; Rediger les contrats de location et veiller a leur bonne execution; Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client en offrant un service personnalise et de qualite; Participer a la strategie de marketing locatif pour promouvoir le projet immobilier; Effectuer une vigie concurrentielle dans le secteur; Participer aux differents evenements organises pour supporter la location; Faire du demarchage dans la communaute; Assurer le support et la coordination en vue des emmenagements; Toutes autres taches connexes.



EXPERIENCE ET EXIGENCES





Posseder une experience de trois (3) ans en vente et location; Experience dans le domaine de l'immobilier est un atout important; Horaire flexible semaine et fin de semaine.



HABILETES ET COMPETENCES :



Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit; Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), des outils de collaboration (Teams) et des systemes de gestion de la relation client CRM (Hubspot); Excellentes competences en communication et habilete marquee pour developper la relation client; Capacite a comprendre les besoins des clients et a les conseiller efficacement; Esprit d'equipe et aptitude a travailler dans un environnement dynamique; Sens de l'organisation, autonomie, rigueur.
