Job Description

We are looking for a Connected Vehicles Project Manager to help us coordinate the verification and validation of firmware and components used in various electrical and mechatronic systems for BRP recreational vehicles. In this role, you will have an impact on the delivery of connected products and will be an important pillar in the management of day-to-day activities.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Collaborate with project managers and their team members to plan, coordinate, and monitor activities related to the verification and validation of connected vehicle team projects;

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the drafting of test cases in relation to project requirements (ensure that test cases are written and executed correctly);

Plan, coordinate, and monitor validation strategies for the execution of test plans with team members.

Define verification and validation requirements on a schedule and roadmap.

Coordinate and define priorities according to the validation plans for all connected vehicle projects;

Evaluate the effort and follow up on planning for the following activities: writing, implementation, and execution of test cases;

Implement performance indicators;

Monitor, prepare, and communicate performance indicators.



YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor's degree or DEC in engineering with 5 years' relevant experience in product development.

Bilingualism (French/English) required to interact with our partners and collaborators outside the country.

Interest in digital user interfaces and recreational vehicles.

Excellent planning and priority management skills.

Accountability for delivering results and determination to achieve objectives.

Strong communication and influencing skills in multi-disciplinary project mode;

Understanding and ability to integrate electrical, electronic, software and mechanical principles.
