Date Posted: 2023-01-30-08:00 Country: Canada Location: LOC13049 1400 South Service Road West,Oakville,Ontario,L6L 5Y7,Canada Position Role Type: Unspecified Summary: Configuration & Data Management (CDM) within the Quality Compliance team is a centralized Business activity that supports internal and external customers and suppliers as required by providing the same level of procedural configuration execution for all projects (and more critically, all programs) through their lifecycle, ensuring that data released, transmitted, or exported are done so in accordance with customer, regulatory and company procedures. Reporting to local Manger of Configuration & Data Management, as a Configuration & Data Management: Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following activities. Work Location: Remote (Reside close to Oakville, Ontario site) Primary Responsibilities: Customer Product Data Administration: Interfaces with customer through customer web tools and ensures customer new or revised documentation is downloaded for release in PLM system. Release customer specification and route for review in company PLM system. Ensure that proper procedures are being followed during the releasing of engineering changes, additions, and deletions. works autonomously with limited oversight from manager. Explains policies, practices, and procedures in support of engineering releases and turnback process. Completes Daily/Weekly/Monthly Audit to support release process as needed. Post customer SDRL deliverables as needed and tracks the status of rejected items. Data Release: Compiles and maintains control of records and related files such as engineering data throughout lifecycle. Examines/ Analyze documents, Bill of Materials, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data from a control perspective to ensure the data meets the standards before release through the Landing Gear Product Lifecycle Maintenance system (PLM- Matrix and SmarTeam). Technical Data Transfers: Complies and verifies requested configuration of documents, drawings, and models prior to export to customer and/or suppliers. Prepares data for transmit or export ensuring correct usage of approved regulatory and business methods for ITAR/EAR control prior to posting via approved customer and RTX portal tools. Export Tool Administration: Updates Matrix as classification change notifications are received, assists with batch loads to support Matrix marking as necessary. Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in a similar role preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required. Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
• Successful candidates must meet all requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Controlled Goods Directorate (CGD). Must be eligible to work in Canada.
