The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all the conference and banquet operations are prepared to the defined standards through completion of all necessary preparation work for the current and following day by reviewing banquet event orders. Duties will include conference/banquet room setups and tear down, the organizing and cleaning of the back of the house areas, along food and beverage service areas.
