The Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to problem gambling prevention. For more than 40 years, we have worked to reduce gambling risk by creating and delivering innovative awareness and information programs in Ontario and around the world. We work with priority populations, including youth, young adults, ethnocultural populations, and the general public, to educate people on the risks of gambling, mitigating those risks and how to access support. We work with the industry and regulators to promote the adoption of improved play safeguards through best practices research, standards development and the RG Check accreditation program.

As Conference Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in leading the Discovery conference marketing strategy from concept through execution. Reporting to the Associate Director Marketing and Communications, you will work closely with Marcom, cross-functional teams including Education and Programs, and external partners to bring to life a comprehensive and strategic execution for stakeholders across the gambling sector and beyond. The ideal candidate is a high performing project manager with events experience, an excellent attention to detail and can craft compelling promotions based on complex narratives.
