Pennine Security Solutions is looking for a dependable, experienced and talented

Site Supervisor to lead a team of guards in the Etobicoke area .

What you will be doing:

Manage and support a team of Concierge/Security professionals Keeping communication open and flowing between all staff in the building reading all logs, reports and administrational documents for the site Onsite inspections of area locations Act as a front line ambassador to staff, residents, and guests Maintain a strong physical image of safety protocols Conduct timely internal and external patrols of the property Monitor all workplace activities related to violence and provide support to management as required Ensure the facility's safety and emergency protocols are in place and followed in response to fire alarms and site emergencies Complete daily (site specific) reports to ensure direct communication between your guards Address and report incidents in a timely manner Performing other duties (administrational or other) as assigned

If you have the following:

A Valid Security Guard License A Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C Proven work experience in a supervisory role Outstanding and personalized customer service Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively Exceptional report writing and communication skills Excellent knowledge of security procedures & protocols Keen surveillance/observational skills Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm
