Role Description
Whitehill Residential is looking for a full-time, on-site Condominium Property Manager located in Mississauga- Brampton, ON to maintain property operations, oversee financial management, and provide superior customer service to residents. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, facilitating in-unit repairs and maintenance requests, administering contracts and agreements, and budget management. Additionally, the Condo Property Manager will assume responsibility for building security and facilitating building repair and improvement projects, as well as supervising support staff to ensure maintenance of a clean, well-maintained property.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management, specifically in a condominium building
Experience in budget management, building operations, and administration of contracts and agreements
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of the Condominium Act, Human Rights Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other relevant legislation
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management software
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Certified Property Manager (OLCM), required
Strong leadership abilities, able to manage and motivate support staff and collaborate with a team of professionals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
