As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Condominium Property Manager for an assigned portfolio of condominium properties. You assist with drafting all monthly reporting, notices, correspondence, estoppel certificates and collection and payment of arrears. Your superior communication skills mean that you are able to respond to owner/Board of Directors' inquiries and concerns.
What you bring:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced and dynamic administrative position.
• Strong relationship-building ability, collaborate and work effectively within a team environment, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
• A desire and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Bonus skills and experience
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi.
• Experience and/or knowledge of condominium operations and the Condominium Property Act.
