About the role:
As the Travel and Expense (T&E) Accounts Payable Administrator reporting to the region\xe2\x80\x99s Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of our Travel and Expense program. Your responsibilities include reviewing expense reports for accuracy and completeness, authorizing T&E reports in compliance with company policy, and managing the company credit card program. This involves setting up new users, modifying details, and offboarding users in a timely manner. Additionally, you will provide feedback to non-compliant users and escalate issues, when necessary, while also offering best in class customer support to end-users, including electronic systems and mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
Act as the expert in our expense management policy, program, and tool administration, ensuring comprehensive knowledge and adherence.
Oversee the Company Credit Card Program and manage reporting, onboarding, offboarding.
Review expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy and T&E guidelines, authorizing reports.
Notify and collaborate with managers and the compliance team regarding critical compliance issues with expense reports and credit card usage.
Provide exceptional customer support to Concur web-based and mobile app users, addressing service features, policy, and payment inquiries.
Record and document expense inquiries, conducting thorough research for timely resolution and escalating appropriately when needed.
Utilize tools proficiently to troubleshoot and resolve issues in both Concur and the company card program management.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to deliver Concur training to new users and provide ongoing support for new and prospective users.
Safeguard organizational integrity by maintaining confidentiality and reviewing trends to prevent abuse of travel privileges.
Assist the accounts payable team during periods of high volume as available.
Skills:
Holds a DEP or DEC in accounting or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in using Concur Expense Management system or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of company expense policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and related systems.
Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and system administration.
Problem-solving skills to address issues related to expense reports and system functionality.
Ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
Attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies.
Organized approach to maintaining user profiles, documentation, and audit records.
Time management skills to meet processing deadlines.
Languages: French and English (Fluency is Mandatory)
