General Accountability: The Concur Travel and Expense Administrator is responsible for the audit, reconciliation & analysis of all claims coming through Concur Travel platform. Also, they will own the expense audit function, ensuring users are in line with the company Travel and Expense Policy. Critical Success Factors:
  • Managing the audit process with respect to expense claim submissions, ensuring expenses are in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Travel and Expense Policy.
  • Reconcile Concur Expenses with HSBC transactions to ensure entries are flowing correctly and address any discrepancies.
  • Analyze the discrepancies between finance charge by HSBC and expense claims and calculate the actual payment owing by going through claims and HSBC statements.
  • Acting as a Liaison between Card holders & HBSC for any delinquent charges and address any discrepancies for mis application of payments
  • Create tickets with Concur Help Support Team for any technical issues with Concur portal and get them resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor on daily bases the upload of SAE files into Accounts Payable and identify any errors and get them resolved by IT & Vendor Master.
  • Owning the Concur travel platform and maintaining any necessary adjustments to Concur on a regular basis.
  • Monitoring the monthly delinquent corporate credit card account list and following up with delinquent cardholders for expense submission and/or interest payment.
  • Handling all day-to-day inquiries from users regarding the expense reporting tool (Concur), including issues with submitting claims.
  • Handling day to day inquiries from cardholders, who experience any issues with their corporate credit cards.
  • The administration of corporate credit cards, including the issuance of new cards and cancelling cards when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain an active relationship with cardholders and the bank to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:
  • Post Secondary Education, minimum of a college diploma.
  • Experience with the Concur platform is an asset.
  • Experience with credit card administration or similar form of administration is an asset.
  • Team player who brings a positive attitude and approach to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently, problem solve, set, and achieve priorities and goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication competencies complemented by strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidential information
  • Experience with Excel an asset
