Mission

Terus Construction is seeking labourers to fill seasonal, hourly positions on paving & civil construction crews in Boreal Pacific Smithers, BC. These positions should be considered \xe2\x80\x98fulltime\xe2\x80\x99 with overtime and weekend work expected from May to November. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn about the industry and work according to company and industry safety standards. These positions would suit candidates looking to gain experience working in and around mobile construction equipment.

Duties/Tasks:

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all the necessary tools are ready to go on the appropriate trucks for the day ahead.
• Provide assistance to the concrete curb operator, concrete finisher and foreman to enable them to focus on their jobs.
• Assist in keeping all the equipment fueled, loaded and cleaned
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment

Junior position, no experience required.
