About the Opportunity
We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a full time Concrete Foreman to join our team.
Pay Rate:
$24.00-$35.00Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support Prep job sites, including, demolition, grading, excavation, and compaction Build and setup concrete forms Pour concrete and finish as per design Operate and maintain equipment; tampers, cut-off saws, skid steers, ect. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure proper project execution Work with other divisions within the company to complete projects Read blueprints and site plans
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years concrete experience Minimum 1 year experience driving a skid steer Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract Be a team player Good organization and time management skills Can stand, walk, and bend for long hours Work outside in various weather conditions Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day Must be able to lift 50lbs+
