Job Description

Duties:

- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
- Set up and prepare job sites for concrete pouring
- Assist with concrete formwork and reinforcement installation
- Operate hand and power tools to complete concrete finishing tasks
- Follow blueprints, schematics, or other instructions to ensure accurate and precise work
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete finishing
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Proficient in masonry techniques and concrete finishing methods
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience with drywall installation and repair is a plus
- Familiarity with operating heavy equipment for concrete work
- Ability to form, pour, and finish concrete using various techniques
- Competency in using hand tools for concrete finishing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
