specializes in concrete manufacturing, delivery, installations, and a number of specialty product sales located in Creston, BC. Roctek is hiring an experienced Concrete Batcher.

Responsibilities:

Batching & Production:

Operate batching equipment to produce high-quality concrete per specifications.

Delivery & Logistics:

Load and deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and safely.

Quality Control:

Monitor mix consistency, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine checks and coordinate repairs as needed.

Health & Safety:

Follow all safety protocols, conduct pre-trip inspections, and report hazards.

Customer Service:

Communicate with site personnel to ensure accurate deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

Track raw material usage and coordinate restocking.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in concrete technology or related field is a plus. Proven experience in concrete operations and production. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of concrete mix design, quality control, and testing procedures. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using computer software for production tracking and reporting.
