We are looking for a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Concierge to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. You will oversee the flow of reservations, manage guest inquiries, and ensure seamless coordination between the front desk and service teams. Reporting to the Front-of-House Management Team, you'll play a key role in fostering a welcoming environment, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES




Provide exceptional hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Conducts walk-throughs of the restaurant to ensure readiness for service and a pristine environment. Manage reservations with strategic precision, accommodating both pre-booked guests and walk-ins as efficiently as possible. Answer incoming calls, assist with reservations, and provide detailed information on the menu, specials, and general restaurant offerings. Work closely with other departments to foster a positive and smooth working environment, ensuring all guests needs are met and exceeded. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, including food, drinks, and special promotions, to address guest inquiries confidently and accurately. Assist in other front-of-house duties as needed, always keeping the guest experience at the forefront.



QUALIFICATIONS




Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Proficiency with reservation systems and managing guest inquiries. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and stay organized. Proactive approach to guest needs and service excellence. Team player, able to work well under pressure and in a collaborative environment. Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
