As an Office Security Guard, there is a high focus on Scheduled Patrols, customer Client relationship and exceptional customer service, since you will be working with people all shift, in an Office environment.

Responsibilities for Commercial Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas with G-Track Device.
• Assist tenants by providing requested services.
• Manage access to restricted areas as required.
• Monitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas.
• Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours.
• Report every incident and tenant complaint to the client

• Respond to emergencies on a required basis

Qualifications for Commercial Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Be able to take up temporary position ( Coverage)
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals
• There is no parking facility at the site
