As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors Manage access control Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Perform computer tasks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC security worker license Previous security or concierge experience preferred (an asset) Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
