Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors Manage access control Conduct interior and exteiror foot patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Perform computer tasks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Answer questions in person or by phone Remove unauthorised people from the premises

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Ontario security license WSIB approved first aid certification Minimum 1 year of security guard experience Minimum high school diploma Willing to commute to downtown Toronto via public transit Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
