As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors Answer questions in person or by phone Manage access control Perform computer tasks

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification - an asset Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
