  • Commercialiser, montrer et louer des appartements, fournir des informations et des formulaires connexes et collecter les demandes et les d\xc3\xa9p\xc3\xb4ts au besoin;
  • Assurer la collecte et le d\xc3\xa9p\xc3\xb4t en temps opportun des paiements de location; initier un suivi lorsque les paiements ne sont pas effectu\xc3\xa9s;
  • Administrer et effectuer l\'entretien mineur et les r\xc3\xa9parations des bons de travail;
  • Examiner les appartements lors de la rotation et pr\xc3\xa9parer une port\xc3\xa9e des travaux conforme aux normes de r\xc3\xa9novation \xc3\xa9tablies;

Overview Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Resident Concierge is responsible for the professional operation, management, administration and leasing of a Centurion owned and operated apartment community in Gatineau, QC. Responsibilities
  • Market, show and rent apartments, providing related information and forms and collecting applications and deposits as required;
  • Ensure the timely collection and deposit of rental payments; initiate follow-up where payments are not made;
  • Administer and complete minor maintenance and Work Order repairs;
  • Review apartments at turnover and prepare a scope of work consistent with established renovation standards;
  • Ensure vacant apartments are always in a state of \xe2\x80\x9crent-readiness\xe2\x80\x9d, clean and fully prepared for move-in; and
  • Keep the building common areas and grounds clean and free of litter and debris.
