- Patrolling inside and outside as required, keeping the building secure
- Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
- Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
- Monitor security cameras
- Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
- Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones
- Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Create assigned reports
- Able to work all shifts and at least on day of the weekend.
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Proficient communication skills (English - written and verbal)
- Experience as a Concierge Security Guard (experience in a condominium and/or hotel considered an asset)
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated

- Overtime pay
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Concierge Security: 1 year (required)
- Security Guard Licence (required)
