Depuis le lobby des residences, le concierge residentiel repond aux diverses demandes des proprietaires en evaluant avec precision quels sont les besoins et demandes des residents; il offre des recommandations et des touches personnelles pour creer la satisfaction maximale chez les residents, en se conformant aux politiques de Four Seasons.
Ce que vous ferez :
Traiter toutes les interactions avec les residents avec le plus grand degre d'hospitalite et de professionnalisme en accommodant les demandes speciales lorsque possible ; resoudre les plaintes des residents ; aider les residents par rapport aux services de la residence/de l'hotel, des heures de fonctionnement, du personnel cle de la residence ou de l'hotel, des evenements internes, des directions, etc. Repondre a toutes les demandes des residents avec exactitude et rapidite, en donnant des recommandations reposant sur la connaissance locale et les pratiques de la residence.
Traiter les colis, les telecopies, les messages et les courriels (entrants et sortants) de maniere precise et ponctuelle ; conserver et recuperer les colis des residents, leurs epiceries, leurs bagages, leurs vetements du nettoyage a sec et les fleurs.
Gerer et donner l'acces aux edifices et unites a tous les fournisseurs/sous-traitants/fournisseurs de services/visiteurs des proprietaires apres en avoir recu l'autorisation, participer a l'elaboration de l'horaire des fournisseurs/sous-traitants, verifier l'identite et donner l'acces qui convient aux fournisseurs/sous-traitants/fournisseurs de services du proprietaire. Controler l'acces aux portes d'entree et aux ascenseurs .
Veiller a la securite et empecher les personnes non autorisees d'avoir acces pendant la nuit, effectuer 1-2 rondes des aires publiques residentielles pendant le quart de travail.
Verifier que la documentation et l'information presentees sur les restaurants, musees, attractions, plans et autres points d'interet locaux sont actuelles et mises a jour. Connaitre les activites offertes en ville (theatre, sport, concerts, spectacles, expositions speciales, visites touristiques) et etablir des liens etroits avec les fournisseurs de ces secteurs afin d'offrir de l'information, des billets et des reservations aux residents.
Actualiser les profils des proprietaires en saisissant toute information pertinente.
Utiliser divers logiciels pour saisir les modalites speciales avec exactitude (comme les demandes techniques et d'entretien menager) prises par les residents, et verifier que la facturation est adequate.
Surveiller le panneau d'alerte incendie ; reagir a toute situation d'urgence, par exemple en donnant acces aux lieux au personnel des services d'urgence (pompiers, ambulanciers, etc.).
Coordonner la reservation des ascenseurs lors des demenagements (entrants ou sortants) apres la premiere periode d'occupation.
Travailler harmonieusement et professionnellement avec les collegues et les superviseurs.
Aider les preposes de services aux residents a s'acquitter de leurs taches et responsabilites en leur absence, ou durant les periodes de grand achalandage.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec le personnel de l'hotel, y compris l'equipe de nuit, afin d'assurer le bon traitement des livraisons, reservations, demandes speciales des residents et veiller a la securite generale de l'edifice.
Effectuer toute autre tache ou projet connexe demande par le directeur des residences ou les responsables de l'hotel.
Ce que vous contribuez :
Excellente capacite de communication en francais et en anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit (niveau expert);
Etudes post- secondaires privilegiee ;
Une (1) a trois (3) annees d'experience en conciergerie dans un milieu luxueux;

About the role:
Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residential Concierge responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident's needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do:
Handle all interactions with residents with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism , accommodating special requests when possible; resolve resident complaints; assist residents with information regarding residence / hotel services, hours of operation , key residence or hotel personnel, internal events , directions, etc. Respond to all resident inquiries accurately and promptly , providing recommendations based on local knowledge and residence practices.
Accurately and promptly handle incoming and outgoing packages, faxes, messages, and emails; store and retrieve residents ' packages, groceries , luggage , dry cleaning , and flowers .
Manage and grant access to buildings and units for all vendors / contractors /service providers/ guests upon authorization ; participate in scheduling vendors / contractors , verify identities , and provide appropriate access to owners ' vendors / contractors /service providers. Monitor access to entry doors and elevators .
Ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access during the night; conduct 1-2 rounds of the residential public areas during the shift.
Verify that all materials and information on restaurants, museums , attractions, maps , and other local points of interest are current and up to date. Be knowledgeable about local activities ( theatre , sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits , tours) and build strong relationships with providers to offer information, tickets, and reservations to residents .
Update owner profiles by entering any relevant information.
Use various software systems to accurately log resident requests (e.g., technical or housekeeping requests ), and ensure correct billing .
Monitor the fire alarm panel and respond to emergency situations, such as providing emergency personnel ( firefighters , paramedics , etc.) access to the premises .
Coordinate elevator reservations for move-ins and move- outs after the initial occupancy period .
Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors .
Assist Residential Services Attendants with their duties and responsibilities in their absence or during peak periods .
Work closely with hotel staff, including the night team , to ensure smooth handling of resident deliveries , reservations , special requests , and to maintain overall building security .
Perform any other related tasks or projects as requested by the Director of Residences or hotel management.
What you bring:
Ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing (expert level );
Post- secondary education is preferred ;
One (1) to three (3) years of concierge experience in a luxury environment ;
Previous Four Seasons concierge experience is preferred ;
Excellent communication skills ;
Ability to use variety of software;
