Ce que vous ferez :
Gerer toutes les interactions avec les invites avec le plus grand degre d'hospitalite et de professionnalisme, en accommodant les demandes speciales quand il est possible de le faire ;
Resoudre les plaintes des clients ; aider la clientele face a toute demande relative aux services de l'hotel, aux heures d'ouverture, au personnel principal de l'hotel, aux evenements internes, aux directions, etc. ;
Repondre a toute demande que les invites formulent de maniere exacte et prompte, en offrant des recommandations basees sur les connaissances locales et les pratiques de l'hotel ;
Travailler en harmonie et avec professionnalisme avec les collegues et les superviseurs ;
Verifier que la documentation et l'information presentees a la reception sur les restaurants, musees, attractions, plans et autres points d'interet locaux sont actuelles et mises a jour ;
Connaitre les activites offertes en ville (theatre, sport, concerts, spectacles, expositions speciales, visites touristiques) et etablir des liens etroits avec les fournisseurs de ces secteurs afin d'offrir de l'information, des billets et des reservations aux invites ;
Travailler etroitement avec les chasseurs pour que les demandes des clients relatives aux bagages, livraisons et demandes speciales soient traitees promptement ;
Prend en charge les operations de la reception sur demande (pendant les periodes operationnelles elevees ou les periodes de faible occupation), cela inclut, mais sans s'y limiter, l'enregistrement et le depart des invites.

About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Concierges. Our concierges respond to a wide variety of requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do:
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc ;
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices;
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors;
Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current;
Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests;
Works closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests;
Supports Operations of the Front Desk when requested (during high operational periods, or low occupancy periods) , this includes but is not limited to Check in and Check out of guests.
Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Manual;
What you bring:
Ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing; an advanced level of English is required to ensure oral and written communication with business partners, stakeholders, suppliers, and a predominantly international clientele.
Excellent knowledge of Downtown Montreal as well as all of it's main cultural and culinary points of interest;
Have a good resistance to stress and manage it positively and effectively;
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
Demonstrate very good team spirit
Interest and ability to provide outstanding service to our internal, external customers and our suppliers;
Have an excellent presentation and elocution, in French and English, and interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele;
Maintain a professional appearance and behave in a mature manner with integrity at all times;
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
Be organized, meticulous and resourceful;
Demonstrate creativity and initiative;
Being a member of Clef d'Or is a plus;
2-3 years of experience of hospitality experience as Concierge;
