Job Title: Concierge - Animal Care & Client Services

Location: London, ON | Hybrid: Part Remote, Part On-Site
Part-Time | 2-3 Hours Daily

Now, we're looking for a warm, organized, animal-loving Concierge to join our team in a hybrid role--working both remotely and in our London, ON office to help keep everything running smoothly.

About the Role:

As our Concierge, you'll be the friendly face and voice that welcomes clients, supports our care team, and ensures every pet parent feels confident and cared for. You'll split your time between working from home and being on-site, handling calls, emails, scheduling, and light administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

Answer and return client calls with professionalism and warmth
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely, friendly tone
Schedule Meet & Greets, pet visits, and follow-ups using our booking system
Greet clients and assist with in-office coordination when on-site
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Support the care team with admin tasks both remotely and in person

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for animals and a desire to support their care
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated
Comfortable using scheduling tools, email, and office software
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in pet care, veterinary, or client services is a plus

Must be available for both remote and on-site work in London, ON
