Position: Concierge

At Azhadi Vineyards, every guest experience begins long before the first pour -- it starts with the welcome. The Concierge is the heartbeat of guest flow, transforming complexity into calm coordination while ensuring every arrival feels intentional and every transition seamless.

This role is far more than greet-and-seat; it's about understanding how a multi-level, multi-experience winery operates and executing that framework with precision and grace. The Concierge embodies professionalism, warmth, and adaptability -- the first impression of our estate and the connecting thread between all guest touchpoints.

Coordinating multi-level tasting experiences with efficiency and flow. Balancing storytelling, wine knowledge, and logistics to deliver harmony in motion. Applying operational frameworks to real-time challenges -- and adapting when required. Understanding the inner workings of a large-scale winery and how each role connects to the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Coordination

Welcome and engage all guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their visit. Manage check-ins, reservations, and walk-ins, aligning guests with the right experiences. Communicate seamlessly with the Tasting Room and Events teams to coordinate guest flow and timing. Anticipate guest needs, personalize experiences, and ensure transitions are effortless.

Operational Support & Communication

Follow the operational framework established by management, ensuring smooth front-of-house execution. Monitor capacity, timing, and movement across all levels; adjust dynamically as needed. Maintain organized records of bookings, arrivals, and guest preferences. Relay guest feedback, VIP notes, and service opportunities to leadership promptly.

Administrative & Team Support

Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding tastings, events, and memberships. Assist with printing materials, signage, and branded collateral for daily operations. Support wine club events, private functions, or weddings when required. Step in to assist with retail checkouts or guest departures as needed.

Qualifications

1-2 years of hospitality, reception, or concierge experience (winery or tourism preferred). Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Professional, polished, and composed demeanor. Basic wine knowledge or enthusiasm to learn (WSET Level 1 preferred). Serving It Right certification required. Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and events.
