Job Overview
The Roy is seeking a friendly, professional, and service oriented individual to join our concierge team and help provide a top-tier living experience for our residents!
? What You'll Do:
?Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
? Manage front desk operations and maintain a visible, helpful presence
?Receive packages, handle deliveries, and assist with carts/dollies
? Support building services (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
? Help residents with amenity bookings, move-ins, and move-outs
? Troubleshoot minor issues and assist with emergency responses
? Patrol and monitor building safety and cleanliness
? Be the go-to expert for events, amenities, and city happenings
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or concierge role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. A background in guest services or hotel operations or security is an advantage

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as needed
