Salary:

$46,922.00 - $58, 653.00 (Commensurate with experience)



Job Function:





Being the first point of contact, the Member Experience Concierge's role is to create a positive memorable experience customized specifically for our members and guests.


Welcome members and guests to the Credit Union in a cheerful, courteous, professional, and helpful manner. The Concierge will provide members a warm welcoming as they enter the branch. By offering a comfortable place to wait for a pre-scheduled appointment, a beverage of the members choice, guide the member to their Advice appointment and/or counter for transactional related inquiries, the Concierge's main role is to manage the members experience to ensure the member feels welcomed and supported for all their initial needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:





Welcome guests and members, identify their specific needs and introduce them to the appropriate staff for assistance. Assist members when there are line-ups by engaging them to identify the type of business and whether the business can be dealt with in another manner. The concierge will take all opportunities to assist the member with all our self-serve options whether it relates to making a future appointment, or guiding and teaching them all serve-serve options available to members. Basic knowledge of the products and services offered by the Credit Union is required. The Concierge will have access to our online booking tool to coordinate member appointments and guide the member to their advice staff when they arrive. They will also be required to have a working knowledge of software that we use, like outlook, and our contact management system. The Concierge will ensure the appearance of the branch is well maintained, and clutter free. In conjunction with our marketing department, they will ensure the branch represents our brand in a professional manner. The Concierge will connect with members when they are leaving to ensure their experience with us was positive, and there's nothing else we can do to support them at this time. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:





Must have a warm, welcoming, friendly, positive, and outgoing demeanor. Prior customer service experience. Knowledge and experience as Member Service Representative would be considered an asset. Strong desire to consistently exceed member expectations while providing exceptional service. Proactive, take-charge attitude in resolving problems with creative solutions. Must enjoy engaging with people. Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Consistently demonstrates professionalism and confidentiality. Good working knowledge of online tools and/or willingness to learn. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
