Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our security team at our Ontario location. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a secure environment and delivering exceptional customer service, aligning with our company's mission to protect and serve.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents. Enforce access control procedures and company policies. Collaborate with security team members to ensure safety protocols are followed. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff. Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in security or concierge services preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols. Valid security license or certification is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and duties.
