Join the Westcorp Team!Position Summary:As a key member of the Commercial Property Management team, the Commercial Concierge will provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests at College Plaza; an office tower located at 8215-112 Street, Edmonton.Who You Are:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist tenants and guests of College Plaza with enquiries and direct them to the appropriate resource.
  • Accept and dispatch service requests and follow up to ensure services are completed to everyone\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.
  • Coordinate leasing of parking stalls within the complex. Assist with dealing with illegally parked vehicles.
  • Arrange for the purchase and installation of building signage.
  • Prepare letters, newsletters, and other communication for the complex.
  • Set up, maintain, and audit building keys and access cards.
  • Program door readers and elevators in the access card software (WinPak).
  • Liaise with staff and contract security and ensure they are informed of activities within the complex.
  • Plan and organize promotional events for commercial tenants.
  • Assume the duties of the Chief Fire Warden for the building.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum high school education
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to organize, execute and follow up in a timely manner
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Prior experience working in property management would be an asset
  • Experience in Angus and Yardi software would be an asset
  • Security clearance required upon offer of employment
