Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, the Concierge is responsible to maintain and supervise this high standard quality building by providing superior supervision, administration, and client services.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (normal hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, with 1 hour lunch). Start time and end time may need to be adjusted to accommodate garbage pickup times, and scheduled maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Greet and direct residents and guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
Monitor security cameras
Reprogram residents FOBS
Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
Monitor parking garage, interior and exterior building areas
Follow inspection and communication procedures with violation notices
Complete daily/monthly inspection checklists
Ensure building is clean and well maintained
Report or address any issues that arise during the shift
Perform pre and post move in inspections and put elevator on service, arrange for elevator bookings
Arrange for amenity bookings, maintenance scheduling calendar
Accompany contractors to common areas of the building and units.
Light maintenance tasks, change a light bulb, water plants, etc.
Requirements
Prior customer service experience preferred
Requires professional demeanor with ability to use independent judgment to handle any customer services matters in satisfactory manner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure
Team player
Proficiency with computers
Ability to lift 35lbs and move garbage bins

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
