As a Concessions Attendant, you will be an integral part of the visitor services team, ensuring that patrons have access to a variety of food and beverage options during events. Roles and Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide information on menu items and promotions. Prepare and serve food beverages according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stand. Process cash and electronic transactions accurately. Support cash register reconciliation and daily reporting. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines. Follow all alcohol service policies and procedures.

Experience

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team.

Qualifications (willingness to obtain and to be maintained as a condition of employment)

WHMIS certification. Serve Right Certification Food Handlers Certification (desirable) Must be able to lift 50lbs. Satisfactory Police Criminal Records Check required.

Working Conditions

Wage: $16.50/ hour Part-Time, flexible schedule, evenings, and weekends. According to a preset schedule. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move equipment as needed. * Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced and sometimes loud environment.
