Job Duties

Greets customers and provides friendly and courteous service while preparing order as per request

Set up, serve from, restock and tear down of food services within the concession area

Selling, stocking and managing food and beverage products as per company outline

Ability to handle cash and credit / debit card procedures

Wash and store all kitchenware

Bag and haul trash to the designated area

Ensures the canteen / kitchen is kept clean and sanitized throughout shift

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A minimum of 1-year food service experience would be an asset

Knowledge of equipment and materials to use / operate used in food preparation areas such as grills, ovens, deep fryers, and knives

Solid knowledge of customer service skills to provide counter service

Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate an asset

Successful Police Check will be required

Must be flexible with shifts; Evenings, weekends and holidays as business demands
