As a Concessions Manager, you'll oversee everything from staffing to inventory, ensuring guests have a great experience while keeping operations efficient.
What You'll Be Doing
• Step in when needed to support the Director of Concessions and ensure smooth operations.
• Know the menus, pricing, and product offerings so you can keep everything running efficiently.
• Make sure concession areas are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep up with food safety and quality standards.
• Plan staffing levels and product needs to match each event.
• Handle inventory, reporting, and budget targets.
• Provide guidance and feedback to your team to keep performance strong.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with policies.
• Address guest concerns and help create a positive experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in concessions or hospitality.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule--events don't always stick to a 9-5.
• Smart Serve certified.
• Good with numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• A strong leader who can balance efficiency with great service.
Work Environment
• You'll be working in a stadium--expect crowds, energy, and some noise.
• The role involves standing, walking stairs, and occasional lifting.
• Events happen in all weather, so dressing appropriately is key.
