Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the concession area
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate concession services for events
- May handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry required
- Work well as part of a team or by themselves
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cash handling experience is an asset
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management is an asset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
