La Product Designer, qui rejoindra l\'\xc3\xa9quipe Conception et Exp\xc3\xa9rience utilisateur de Mistplay, jouera un r\xc3\xb4le essentiel dans la d\xc3\xa9finition et la structuration de l\'interaction des joueurs avec les produits actuels et futurs de Mistplay, ainsi que de leur exp\xc3\xa9rience. The Product Designer within Mistplay\xe2\x80\x99s User Experience and Design team will play a key role in defining and shaping how players interact and experience Mistplays current and future products. You will be reporting to the Director of Design and User Experience and your role will be responsible for creating best in class user experiences for Mistplay\xe2\x80\x99s players. Working in cross functional teams, you will be tasked with solving complex problems, where you will apply a variety of research techniques to understand a players motivations. Using this knowledge you will create functional design solutions and will both excite and delight our players.

Profil recherch\xc3\xa9 Mistplay?

• • Tu justifies d\'une exp\xc3\xa9rience d\xe2\x80\x99au moins 5 ans dans un r\xc3\xb4le de conception similaire.
  • Tu as de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et la livraison de produits dont le p\xc3\xa9rim\xc3\xa8tre est vaste et ambigu et qui englobent des exp\xc3\xa9riences de bout en bout sur des supports vari\xc3\xa9s.
  • Tu es \xc3\xa0 l\'aise avec l\'ambigu\xc3\xaft\xc3\xa9 et les zones inexplor\xc3\xa9es, et tu as l\'habitude de trouver des opportunit\xc3\xa9s que peu d\'autres peuvent d\xc3\xa9couvrir.
  • Tu as d\xc3\xa9j\xc3\xa0 travaill\xc3\xa9 avec des syst\xc3\xa8mes de conception et tu sais comment les utiliser pour assurer la coh\xc3\xa9rence globale au niveau d\'une marque.
  • Tu poss\xc3\xa8des une exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle pertinente en tant que product designer, UI designer et/ou visual designer, et tu sais d\xc3\xa9crire le comportement d\'une exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa0 partir de la compr\xc3\xa9hension des besoins des utilisateurs.
  • Tu es une designer de terrain qui ma\xc3\xaetrise les techniques de recherche sur les utilisateurs, le design d\'interaction, le design visuel et les tests d\'utilisabilit\xc3\xa9.
  • Tu sais utiliser les outils de prototypage appropri\xc3\xa9s pour montrer comment un flux ou une interaction particuli\xc3\xa8re fonctionnera.
  • Tu poss\xc3\xa8des des comp\xc3\xa9tences remarquables en mati\xc3\xa8re de narration et de communication.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do at Misplay

• • Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into meaningful products that surprise and delight our players.
  • Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
  • Create sketches, concepts, and prototypes to communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Lead design discovery and experimentation to uncover the biggest and best opportunities for Mistplay to research, prototype, and test.
  • Drive partnerships with product managers, engineers, researchers in order to oversee the users experience of a product from conception to launch.
  • Work with the Data and analytics team to identify and create event sequences that allows Mistplay to test and validate any design hypothesis

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to Mistplay?

• • You have 5+ years experience in a similar design role
  • You have experience building and shipping products that are broad and ambiguous in scope and encompass end-to-end experiences across a variety of mediums.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and whitespace and agave a track record of finding opportunities few other can
  • You have worked with and understand how to use design systems to ensure consistency across a brand.
  • You have relevant work experience as a product designer, UI designer, and / or visual designer with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people\xe2\x80\x99s needs
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re a hands-on designer that is proficient in user research techniques, interaction design, visual design and usability testing
  • You use appropriate prototyping tools to show how a particular flow or interaction will work
  • You have phenomenal storytelling and communication skills
  • You have a collaborative mentality that is always looking for new perspectives.
