Description & Requirements

Who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

About this team

The Future Experience function is a small but mighty new team within the Global Digital & Omni department. The department overall is responsible for lululemon's e-commerce sites, apps, and retail technology tools, globally. The Future Experience program's mission is to accelerate and facilitate the delivery of innovative digital experiences for our guests (customers) and educators (employees). We're a nimble, scrappy group that loves to live into possibility and dream big. We're creative and curious and do whatever's necessary to test our riskiest assumptions of emergent technologies and experiences. We partner closely with our product management, user experience, analytics, technology, and strategy partners. We conduct research and testing to understand if our proof-of-concepts have a path forward to production implementation (our ultimate goal). We are a hybrid team, located across geographies and time zones, requiring comfort and flexibility working in virtual environments. If you want to help invent the future of shopping online, we're the team for you.
