We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with business clients, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing IT solutions. Our clients come from various industries, offering you the opportunity to apply your expertise while continually expanding your skill set.
Technical Escalation & Support:
Provide expert-level support for complex IT issues, including Windows Server environments, networking, and business-critical applications.
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
Participate in on-call rotations, handling high-priority service requests.
Requirements
Experience with Windows Servers (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Strong networking knowledge (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (client visits required)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
You must live within 1 hour of Wellesley, ON in order for the daily commute to be manageable.
