Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and optimal inventory levels and be pleasant and cheerful. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with friendly family oriented staff. Further, there is opportunity for advancement with expansion of duties if desired.

Duties

Order and receive products using our inventory program. Stock items received, paying attention to overstocking and/or empty spaces on the shelves. Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or inefficiencies. Assist in demand planning and forecasting by analyzing sales trends, merchandising data, and retail management insights. Oversee special order fulfillment processes ensuring timely delivery while maintaining optimal stock levels. Keep staff and practitioners informed by e-mail when products go on back order and when they are back in stock Change minimum order amounts as season changes require. Some customer service in person and by phone

Required

:

Familiarity with Lightspeed an asset - but will train Familiarity/skill with Pages and Numbers also an asset Excellent written and oral English for dealing with suppliers on the phone or by e-mail Pleasant and cheerful attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 37 per week
