The School
The role is within our School of Applied Science and Technology. The departments within the School are located on our Grande Prairie campus and our Fairview campus. The School offers a variety of programming in Science, Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Animal Sciences. Through this programming, we offer a variety of certificates, diplomas, university transfer courses, as well as a degree in computing science.
The Role
The Department of Science invites applications for a part-time sessional position to instruct the two labs for CS2020 Technology Tools for Teaching. This position will commence on January 5, 2026 and end April 30, 2026.

Job Requirements
Applicants require a minimum Bachelor of Computing Science degree. Other necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:
Ability to apply different instructional strategies to meet the needs of and support diverse learners;
Knowledge of Northwestern Polytechnic courses and current educational technologies (e.g., videoconferencing, learning management systems);
Student-focused;
Strong organizational skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
A high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
