America's largest IT companies and direct commercial accounts, offering comprehensive

support for various equipment types. We manage 15,000+ certified technicians, servicing over

252,000 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to provide onsite Hardware Support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

? Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.

? Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment on Dell/Lenovo/HP etc, laptops and desktops.

? Diagnose errors or technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.

? Produce detailed and timely service reports.

? Document processes and procedures.

? Adhere to company protocols and field procedures.

? Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems.

? Collaborate with the technical team and share information.

? Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

? Comprehend customer requirements and provide recommendations.

? Perform basic hardware repairs for major brand equipment.

Additional Information

? Service events are on-site at commercial locations (offices, retail), with occasional

residential clients.

? Technicians are required to return unused or broken parts using a prepaid shipping label.

Qualifications

? Proven field service experience.

? Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.

? English literacy.

? Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

? Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

? Technical degree or certification.

? Option to sign up for specific equipment types (desktops, laptops, printers, servers, etc.).

Work System

? Technicians are notified via BAM, our web-based call management system, with details of service requirements (equipment, time, and location).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
