Si vous etes passionne(e) par la comptabilite et que vous souhaitez contribuer activement a la transformation d'une entreprise en forte croissance nous recherchons un(e) comptable senior pour rejoindre notre equipe de comptabilite generale.





Dans ce role, tu seras rattache(e) au Controleur corporatif. Tu seras responsable d'offrir du soutien a ton equipe dans les activites quotidiennes du cycle comptable. Il s'agit egalement de travailler en etroite collaboration avec les services internes sur des initiatives d'amelioration continue.





Principales responsabilites


Encadrer et soutenir l'equipe de la comptabilite generale dans les activites quotidiennes en garantissant la qualite du travail et en contribuant a son developpement. Superviser le processus de fin de mois pour plusieurs entites et y participer : + Preparation des courus fin de mois
+ Reconcilier les comptes de bilan assignes
+ Balancer les comptes interco
+ Preparer les paiements relies au financement, Tc.
Travailler en etroite cooperation avec les autres membres de l'equipe de la comptabilite. Repondre aux demandes de renseignements internes et externes Preparer des analyses et fournir des informations pour les auditeurs externes. Assurer le respect des principes comptables et des politiques de l'entreprise Soutenir et participer a divers projets financiers Recommander des ameliorations aux processus afin de gagner en efficacite et de reduire les erreurs Effectuer d'autres taches assignees par le controleur financier




Profil recherche


Minimum de 5 ans d'experience comme comptable en entreprise Experience en gestion d'equipe Connaissance de Microsoft GP Diplome en comptabilite. Competences avancees en Excel Excellentes competences analytiques et attention aux details Autonomie, esprit d'initiative et capacite a travailler de maniere proactive Bilingue, francais et anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, afin de soutenir nos entreprises et nos clients a travers le Canada et aux Etats-Unis. If you are passionate about accounting and want to actively contribute to the transformation of a high-growth company, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our general accounting team.





In this role, you will report to the Corporate Controller. You will be responsible for supporting your team in the daily activities of the accounting cycle. You will also work closely with internal departments on continuous improvement initiatives.





Main Responsibilities



Guide and support the general accounting team in daily activities, ensuring work quality and contributing to team development. Supervise and participate in the month-end closing process for multiple entities: Preparation of month-end accruals Reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts Balancing intercompany accounts Preparing financing-related payments, etc. Work closely with other members of the accounting team. Respond to internal and external information requests. Prepare analyses and provide documentation to external auditors. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Support and participate in various financial projects. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.




Profile


Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate accountant Experience managing a team Knowledge of Microsoft GP Degree in accounting Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work proactively Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written, to support our companies and clients across Canada and the United States Flexible and comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving environment Organized and rigorous
